I’m no techie and I find that if I’m only using a function once in a blue moon, even if I master it, I’ll forget how to do it next time I need it :-( ….

I think that's one of the problems when you self-teach - you tend only to learn what are the most vital functions you need to use, but never get around to finding out what else the software can do. Yet often once someone shows you its other features you realise you could be getting a lot more bang for your buck, as they say. Please let us know when your next webinar is! I’d be up for one of those next time you do one on Word, Katherine … I know I’m under-utilising it dreadfully.
