As the G8/G20 convene in Canada for yet another summit David Cameron British Prime Minister is concerned that these summit are in danger of becoming TALKING SHOPS. In this open letter to the Prime Minister Ida Horner asks whether the G20 ever see Africa as a key economic player and not a basket case that needs hand out and Is this indeed the solution to Africa’s ending poverty?
