Emily Hewett

I am a freelance art director, designer and art worker. Before branching out on my own, I worked for over 6 years at an award-winning direct response agency where I was involved in re-branding, design, advertising, PR and direct-response marketing for a variety of clients – from blue chip companies to local charities.

You might have heard of some of the companies I’ve undertaken work for – HBOS, BT, Daily Mail, PC World Business, RSPB, Dulux and Lakeland to name but a few

But I’m much more than just a designer. My other responsibilities have included organising and art directing photo shoots, selecting photographers and models, print and art buying and presenting at client meetings and pitches.

I am fully conversant in Quark Xpress, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and have achieved a BA Hons in Visual Communication and an HND in Advertising.

My strengths lie in producing impactful creative solutions that appeal to their target audience. I’m also confident presenting my ideas in a coherent and persuasive manner to clients at any level, and have helped to establish and grow a number of client/agency relationships.
