		<description>Ah, the people who complain and yet always say there is nothing they can do to make a difference :) Of course we all can, but we have to learn to take that responsibility.

At least you weren&#039;t all sat around the TV watching repeats all day long, as happens in so many homes these days.</description>

I spent Christmas in Mombassa many years ago in a tourist hotel where we ate turkey, sprouts, carrots and all the British trimmings in 30o heat in a stuffy restaurant.

Ever since then I&#039;ve thought how ridiculous that was and how nice it would be to spend another Christmas in East Africa doing what people should be doing in East Africa on December 25th ... enjoying local food and drink and taking advantage of the glorious weather that usually (but not always) prevails.</description>
